I spent months dreading the nighttime routine because that meant it would only be an hour before I was up supporting my son back to sleep. I understand how the multiple night wakings leave you feeling so exhausted you can barely make it through the morning and once you do you're counting down the minutes until your partner is home and you have someone else to tend to your child's needs.

  • First, we’ll pinpoint and rule out any red flags (like a tongue tie) that may be disrupting your child's sleep so that we can start a process of elimination to help your child (and you) get more rest quickly.

  • Based on the data received in step one, we’ll create a plan that supports your child's natural temperament and needs so they can get more rest, which in turn will support you to feel more rested and confident in your decision-making.

  • Now that your child is getting more rest, we’ll help YOU, the mother, and create a personalised plan for you to have more support, to feel strong and connected to your decisions now and into the future, so that you can step into your most embodied identity as a mother now and into the future.

When I was at my lowest, I was so sleep deprived I was barely making it through the morning. I was searching for a glimpse of hope and reassurance that I wasn’t the problem. When it all got too much I decided to do something about it. I’ve spent hundreds of hours exploring and learning about the intricacies of infant and toddler sleep, seeking ways to foster confidence and rest for both the little ones and mothers alike. Through that exploration, I learned that this is an area I feel incredibly passionate about because I don't want new mums to feel the way I felt. This is why I created Well Rested.
